We're delighted to provide returns and exchanges should you find any defects in the product.

  • Upon receiving your package, we kindly ask that you capture an unboxing video for our records. 

  • Please complete the exchange form within two days of receiving the package at your address. To enable a smooth exchange process, please ensure that the returned items are in a clean condition, and properly packaged. 

  • Make arrangements to send the items back to our warehouse for exchange; you will be responsible for the shipping fee. 

  • Once we have received and assessed the package, a new item will be sent to the same address at our expense.

Additional notes

  • If your desired product is out of stock, we will provide two options: exchanging for another product or color, or receiving store credits equivalent to the value of the chosen product.

  • Please note that we can only accommodate exchanges for issues on our end. Regrettably, we are unable to accept product exchanges for defects resulting from the customer's side
