I received a defective item. What should I do?Return & Exchange are allowed if you find any faulty from our side. However, you'll need to provide us with a full video of your unboxing video. If you need any assistance, kindly contact us at: support@shop-iko.com

When will my order be shipped out?We process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. All orders will be picked up from Monday to Friday. There will be no shipping on the weekends & public holidays. You will receive a notification when your package ships out!

We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia and we ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Mexico, Bangladesh, India, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK. How much is the shipping fee?Shipping fee will be automatically calculated during checkout. It will be based on the weight of the package & destination address!

What payment methods do you accept?For Local Payments (Indonesia), we accept direct transfer to our BCA Bank Account, Visa/Mastercard, Virtual Accounts, OVO, Gopay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Dana. For International Payments, click "Hitpay" to complete the payment. We accept Visa/Mastercard. Payment via Visa/Mastercard will receive OTP to ensure the security of the payment.

Can I use multiple vouchers at the same time?Only one voucher can be used at a time. Choose the best deal to save some money!

Why do I get charged in IDR?Our website allows you to estimate the price based on your currency. However, since we are ID based, the final invoice will be charged in IDR according to our National Bank's policy.
